This might just very well be a dumb Question on deviantart I am a member of the Rainmeter Group and they are saying not to download any RM with .exe in them why? we have RM here at WC with .exe in them. And they say that an RM skin does not need an .exe   I won't say the name of the skin just want to know why their is .exe's in some if they are not need for RM and what does the .exe file do? here are 2 EX: of the .exe files config.exe refresh.exe
